Clean-Up Plates, cups, and utensils are considered a complimentary privilege. It is your responsibility to ensure they are clean or placed in the dishwasher and started before departing. The housekeeper is not compensated for cleaning dishes or the BBQ grill. If there are dirty dishes and utensils left in the sink there will be a $10 fee assessed. The BBQ grill can be used at your convenience and must be cleaned before departure. This consists of brushing the grates and emptying the drip pan. If left dirty there will be a $25 fee assessed. Guests Please make sure the # of guests staying at the house correctly reflects what you selected in AirBnB. If additional guests happen to stay on short notice please update AirBnB at no additional cost. Trash General trash (Brown can) is picked up Monday morning. Please roll Brown can to the curb on Sunday. Recycling (Blue can) is picked up Thursday morning. Please roll Blue can to the curb on Wednesday. Do not throw trash in neighbors can. A $25 fee will be assessed if caught. Property Damage If the property or anything within the property is damaged, stolen, or lost you are more than welcome to notify us and restore or replace the property. Otherwise, the appropriate fees will be assessed. This includes picking fruit from the neighbor's tree. This is considered theft and will be reported. Noise We ask that you keep the noise down while outside in the front or backyard after 9pm. Noise within closed doors is your business as long as it cannot be heard by our neighbors. Security You may be asked to leave premises if the wifi is tampered with, or if the ring camera is intentionally blocked or covered at any time during your stay. Checkout Late checkouts must be requested. Because this property is fully booked all year around the housekeeper must begin cleaning at 11am sharp. Guests who do not depart the property by 11am will be charged a $25 fee every 30min past 11am.
